To all Monroe County Water System Customers:

 

Thank you for your patience during these past few months as we are implementing a new billing software system.  As you are already aware, there have been many issues that are still in the process of being resolved.  Billing for the South system was mailed on Tuesday February 21st.  A large number of residents will see a bill that will have a cycle of approximately two months, so if your bill seems higher than normal that is likely the cause.   If you receive a bill that cannot be explained by a longer billing cycle, please contact the Water Office at 478-992-5089 and they can look at your usage.
